This beginner-friendly upcycling workshop is a hands-on introduction to sewing and sustainable making, taking place on Sunday, March 8th, 2026, in celebration of International Women’s Day. Designed for those with little or no sewing experience, the workshop focuses on learning the basics of using a sewing machine while transforming old denim jeans into a practical, one-of-a-kind tote bag.

Participants will learn how to cut, assemble, and construct a tote bag using upcycled denim, building practical skills and confidence along the way. All sewing equipment and materials are provided, along with guided instruction throughout the session, in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Time: 10am–2pm (includes a 30-minute break)
